Good Morning All, I need some help.
I was issued a PF Last year August and it expires tomorrow, how do I know if an extension was done or wha should I expect? No movement has been on my case since responding to RFE last year August 23rd. Filed vawa May 17,2022

advance parole (c09) expires 01/2024
Any advice right now is beneficial on my view. Thank you all!

The renewal will be sent, may be late, but you don't have to do anything. Or you may get an approval.

yes, it may take some time to send Renewal, or you may get a decision what was RFE about

Nope, I don't think there's anything to worry about. Most renewal come the same date as the expired one or up to 3 weeks after.

@Katrona Farrington don’t forget to apply for work and travel permit extension. you can send the forms 180th day before your current one expires.
