I filed for the I-360 as a widower and received the EAD and AP, as well as the prima facie determination. It also depends on how genuine your case is. I had a police report, and he was a drug addict who spoiled my life and made me go through living hell. He eventually died due to an overdose."

@jacob lion Your spouse was a citizen; you don’t have to wait this long. In three months, you will receive a green card. If he/she was an LPR, then VAWA is an option for you, but your case must be genuine, and you will need time to gather evidence to prove it and make it prima facie.

@Alone wolf my wife was citizen but There doesn't seem to be any specific time for widows and Even all my files are in MSC and I can't see processing time's on USCIS website for MSC. When I talked to my lawyer, he told me that it can take 2 years.
