Previously denied i-130
Hi, I was adopted by my aunt years ago and we went ahead with i-130 and i-485 through adoption, my case took years and finally was denied. During that tine I got to know my now husband and now decided to get married. He’a now filing i-130 and i-485 for me. Would this affect the outcome of thus new file? has anyone has similar experience? If so, what would we be concern about?

@Keny Keny: when my first case is denied, do I go straight to removal proceeding, or how does one put him/herself into that position?
