my case i130 is from July 6 2021 was approved January 23 the secret is when you filling your application ask about which documents your application needs? prepare first All documents and fill you're application evidence and you're waiting time will be short 😉

my immigration lawyer filled everything out for me when it was sent. are you saying that you called them before you sent anything and that’s why the wait time is shorter? my case is at Texas

Andrea waiting time mean when they review your case if you're application was filled with evidence action will be taken but if you're application document is missing they will send you RFE this time you'll need to wait for 3 months this for current date and this month is current for July 2021

oh okay. thanks how do you know that this month is current for July 2021? it is different for every center

every week USCIS update the timeline here in this application

is that th wine that says “official estimates” because for my center it shows 11.5 months and that would not be until early July. is there something else on this app that I may not know of? thanks so much and sorry for so many questions :)
