Premium Proccesing. (second Detailed Post)
Hi folks,
Is there anyone who did premium processing for Vawa to expedite by paying 2805$ , and heard anything back?
My lawyer did it for me, and even I confirmed it with uscis and they said yes you can do it, So technically with Premium processing we can expedite I-765 , So we did it with Category C-31 where they have to give decision for I-360 too, And my lawyer did it for other clients too with success, USCIS confirmed that receipts were sent and fees were received for premium processing.

you can’t do premium processing for Vawa and even if it’s EAD you can’t. only thing you can do is to expedite and that’s free of charges. if you did C-31 then be ready to wait for 3 years to get your EAD approved and you won’t be able to work and make money till your Vawa is approved. i will strongly suggest to go and file C09 for your EAD so you can get your it in 6-8 months or else it’s going to be a long wait for you.

The C31 classification refers to the employment authorization document for certain individuals under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, premium processing is generally not available for VAWA petitions, including the I-360 petition for self-petitioning VAWA applicants. This means that while your I-360 petition is pending, you would not be able to expedite the processing through premium processing.
However, if you are referring to a different aspect of your immigration case or have more specific details, please let me know so I can assist you further!

2805$ GADDAMNN IT! you can’t even get details about i360 from a Tier II officer you can only do letters with signature before they give information on VAWA, and you said USCIS confirmed a VAWA processed via premium? That’s not really straight

There's no point condemning what he or she has written, it's not everything about vawa, that we all know. rather than condemn it, it's best we ask to please give us more information, atleast the premium fee was acknowledged and received, so why are we trying to condemn the information we are not privileged too. please 🙏🏼@h singh can you give me your feedback once they reach out to you based on the premium process.

@h singh you don’t know what are you talking about. your lawyer makes fool of you. you can receive C31 EAD only if your VAWA is approved! no exceptions! and you can’t pay extra for premium processing I-360!!!

Actually, @h singh is right, or so it appears because I'm seeing conflicting information. They have expanded their services to include premium processing for vawa for $2805 but when I check further on the uscis website it doesn't include I-360. Thank you for sharing this. It was never something they used to do, but it would serve us well to fact check before knocking what others have to say. Maybe they have allowances. There are many things we can do in this country that's not advertised on websites.

@Kerry S please where did you confirm the information?

@Kerry S thank you so much for confirming from your end, because i dnt see why people were attacking him like he didnt know what he was saying, meanwhile his payment was recieved and acknowledged @h singh please can you share the process. thank you.

I am not a source of authority. I did a basic Google search and got this:
Yes, you can get premium processing for Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) filings. USCIS expanded fee exemptions for VAWA filings, along with other humanitarian-related forms, on April 1, 2024. This means that VAWA petitioners no longer have to pay fees for their initial filing or their permanent residence application.
You can request premium processing for certain forms through USCIS. However, you should not request premium processing if:
The application is for an extension of stay in M-1 or M-2 status
The request is filed together with a Form I-539
The petition or application already has premium processing service available
You can check the USCIS website for more information on how to request premium processing.
Whether that is true or not is to be seen, but it does confirm the $2,805 @h singh said he paid. It may be a whole new thing but like I said, the information is conflicting because I'm not seeing the I-360 on uscis website.
az azOct 7, 2024
@Kerry S, there is no premium processing for I-360, premium processing exists only for certain application types and I-765 due to vawa is not inclusive. USCIS website should be your only source of information. The poster is trying to mislead people by recommending his nonexistent lawyer to probably make money out of some people's desperation. if he is genuine he needs to post his timeline. he has never commented on any post before and this is his first post. He mentioned cashiers check, which 99% of people don't even use. this probably someone in India posting nonsense to scam people.
Kerry SOct 8, 2024
@az az I definitely agree with your comment that the uscis website is the absolute source of information. If he won't share more, then your implication about him may be true. If his lawyer has done this successfully before, then he shouldn't be here asking questions
