please what does this mean USCIS systems indicates that your constituent's case was reopened and was transferred to the National Benefits Center from Columbus Field Office. This constituent's priority date is not yet current. For their priority date to be current, it must be earlier than the Final Action cut-off date listed on the Department of State Visa Bulletin for their preference category. The Visa Bulletin is available on the Department of State website at www.state.gov. Once their priority date is current and an immigrant number becomes available, USCIS will resume processing your constituent's application.

@Kayy Tee it's normal when your prior date is not current they will transfer your case and it's waiting like buffer till your priority date is current.
