approval takes almost 3 years to more. 8f you're lucky it can be at your 2 year mark. every case is different

@Ammm Zouk ,if your abusive spouse is a US Citizen, file forms I-485, I-765 (work permit ) & i-131(travel permit) so that you can work legally for the next 3 to 4 years before Decision on your VAWA. I don’t wish you chronic situation, but it’s the only reason you can expedite VAWA Processing otherwise wait for 3-4yrs

@ all of you are so mean🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. someone said come back in 2030. another person said dont waste money on this app for now🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. i filed in dec 2024 and the only reason i am here is cus my Ead is still pending. once i get it, i am out..i will reopen the app in 2yrs time. i advice u to do same
