@Hannah M I believe conditional vs 10 year GC are based on years married (under 2 years) and nothing to do with date filed.

@E M I sure will. yes my lawyer said sent everything together so my case can be Cristal clear my case is an easy case she said. IDK about that but that’s why I hire an attorney. We are using my border crossing visa I used back in 1995 that’s literally all I have as my legal entry. I google it is like a b1 b2 visa mine is just so old from the 90s and me and husband been together 17 years 3 kids but only married for 15 months. I think I will get the 2 year conditional one. if they send the 10 then I guess they said we been together so many years but who knows. I got my social and approval letter my work permit should be here next week is been produced already
