Potomac wait times
Are there any January 2023 PD from Potomac who have gotten their decisions? Kindly share update. I am February 2023 PD but I know Potomac is generally 11months tops for decisions, so I'm counting down. Goodluck and godspeed to everyone waiting🙏

@Jenny ✝️ and for how long did your case said "taken too long to process" and after that what was the count down number it showed before approval. how long did they count down stayed before approval too

@ Naija E Sorry to learn yours is taking that long. My information is actually based on statistical data. If 95% of folks in Potomac get theirs in 11months, it'll be safe to say I'm sure. Transfers can take longer, RFE situations can take longer, also there is a 5% that theirs can take longer depending on peculiarities (previous marriages, court cases, discrepancies etc)

it took 10.948 months nearly 11 month

@Bòbò Nkìtì l went to Know l am outside usa and l did apply for my I130! my question is should l wait for all process Intel l get my interview AT ambassy or l Travel to usa to my wife while m'y case is pending !

@Djalal kraloua I am guess ing your wife is the US citizen. They most likely will deny your non-immigrant visa if you apply for it. You can try though, you have nothing to lose. When they eventually approve the I-130, if you happen to be in the USA, you can change your interview location
