Has anyone submitted an I-130 as of this year 2023 and received a decision on their case based out of the Potomac Center? My account says 6 months until next step, now is those 6 months determined on the submission date?

Ana - Potomac Service Center is averaging 14.5 months processing time of an I-130. I am at 9 months since submission so I am not expecting an approval until January 2024 but praying for sooner
