Potomac processing timeline for US citizen spouse
I-130 filing for U.S. citizen spouse over seas is showing 24-28.5 months omg, am I tripping? I thought it was 14 months! 😞 I filed on July 11/2023 and got my 1st review on 19th Aug, and nothing yet. like my husband haven’t done anything such biometrics/medical anything such! when will this thing move? ughhh so frustrating. I had my cousin who filled for his fiance 5 months ago and heard back saying his case got accepted within a 5 month ( TX service center) . and my nothing yet and almost 10month in May now. 😔

I think you're tripping. Lol. J/K. Can you help me find where you see that at? All service centers is 14 months. NBC is 39.5, but I think their number is greatly skewed by visa caps. I'm not seeing 24-28.5 months. They're definitely moving faster with fiancés and it angers me a bit. So much for spouses having priority.

12-14 months is correct for standalone i130 there is no medical until approval we just wait until then..

@Pri R https://visagrader.com/uscis-processing-times/service-center/potomac-service-center-YSC. here I’m not sure if this correct though! I only see k1/2/3/4/5 - and US filling for parent , 21 older not exactly spouse. so I’m going with the first option k1/2/3 table!
