It’s a way for them to Mark your case as processing but it’s outside of normal time frames. I’ve gotten these for the past few months. Just recently received a notice of cancellation for additional evidence. This was unnecessary as they have everything they could possibly ask for except for my last Born child. I really hope they can become transparent with their operations. It also means they don’t want you to contact them for 30 days from that date.

@poto I am CA service center. pd June 17, 2021. Actively reviewing July 1, 2021. Became out of processing times in early March. submitted form. No response. Called to escalate to tier 2. 30 days no call. only text that they will call 1-2 bus days. This happened in both April and May. Got Congress involved to submit an inquiry then later an expedite. While waiting for a call back from CSC, 2 days before that time expires I get the Cancellation notice for Request of Evidence. Now I’m told it could be approved within 2-3 weeks but someone else told me they had to wait 5 months until they got approved. I hope I answered your question🙏🏽

@Tracey M I’m potomac service center pd April 16 2021. Actively reviewing September 3 2021 and in February 10 I got Cancellation notice for Request of Evidence and nothing yet from them I call them but they just say waite 😔

@Olti I’ve read that most who receive this stupid letter waited about 2-3 weeks. I called and they said it should be done in that amount of time. It seems so backwards to me to send this note. I think it’s another way of not approving and letting it sit.. I’ll be so happy when we all can get what we are working so hard for..a life with our loved ones.
