Potomac i-751 approved after 884 days!!
Hello, i would first like to thank all the members of this forum/community. I know these types of processes are really hard to go through and this forum has helped me feel not so alone. anyways here is my story. Married October 2017 Submitted adjustment of status December 2017 Husband and I Moved states September 2018 Interviewed for GC October 2018 Finally received GC March 2019 Submitted i-751 January 2021 This is where it gets tricky. I separated from my husband November 2022 after a couple of months of his job making us long-distance which really put a strain on an already strained relationship. We started very amicable divorce proceedings in March 2021. We received a court date for divorce proceedings in early June, the hearing to be scheduled on July 3rd. I was getting a little antsy that USCIS would approve my case before I got a change to send my divorce decree, so I wrote up a letter requesting my case be changed to a divorce waiver and attached over 200 pages of evidence, including pictures, bills, airplane tickets, broadway and movie tickets. I signed and notarized my letter and my soon to be ex also signed and notarized his own letter with his version of events. On June 6, I sent this request for my case be changed to divorce waiver and requested a RFE so I could reply with my final divorce decree once it was finalized. Well, on June 12 my case was updated to say “correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it” 2 days later, on June 23rd, after 844 days, my case was updated to say “ New Card is being produced”!! I truly don’t know how to feel, except exhausted, still in shock and relieved that this is done. Happy to answer any questions, I know this forum has helped ease my anxiety quite a few times. #i751 #i751potomac #potomac

@The Husler hello! i attached a ton of pictures, insurance paperwork that spanned the duration of the marriage, bank statements, credit card bills, rent lease, cell phone bills, and a notarized affidavit with a description of the events in our marriage from my ex and another one from me. Hope this helps!
