Potomac Divorce Waiver New Card Has Been Produced
After 929 days finally i have email that new card has been produced. Normally approval shows first but mine says new card has been produced without approval nofice.
My timeline;
23 Feb 2021 uscis received 751 joint app.
24 July 2023 Divorce was finalized.
1 August 2023 Divorce decree along bona fide marriage evidences sent to Uscis
9 August 2023 Correspondence received
11 September 2023 No approval says but New Card Has Been Produced.
No interwiew.

oh i forgat to mention, no interview, my divorce finalized in 10 days (Florida) we lived seperated last 2 months.

@Moon mn, did you submit any documents or any form after you got the divorce? I filed for my divorce, so what must I do once my divorcé is finalized? please advise

@Malik Z I put all bona fide evidence like joint tax return last 3 years, 15 pictures, phone, electricty internet bills, joint bank statements, health insurance cards, divorce decree. And i wrote letter to convert it divorce waiver

wow congrats, we actually have very similar journeys. even down to when the divorce decree was sent & when they received it. hopefully I get an answer soon 🤞🏽

1 August sent divorce decree
9 August it shows they received.
11 September New card produced.

My question is do I need to file the form I 751 again ?

@faker dridi no, just you need write a letter for convert your joint case to divorce waiver with same evidence as i- 751.
And divorce decree.
