I talked to uscis on Monday and they said they are currently working on 2020 cases I lost my hope as soon as I heard that i filed in May 2021 and no updates till now from Potomac ☹️ it might take years if they move this slow.

@wasim I am feeling that pain. I lost hope months ago when I was still at the Texas office. Worse yet I could not even see my husband because the borders were closed (Morocco). they just re-opened so at least we can visit each other now. This long wait time is affecting my overall well-being.

I called in said I did not have my receipt number it puts you to customer service asked to expedite by phone
