posting is on behalf of my friend- WAVA CASE WORK PERMIT APPROVED.
he came here almost ten years ago now. he was married to a us citizen for seven 7 years had a child with her. marriage didn’t work out so got divorce in 2020 he applied his through a lawyer for abuse in marriage he got prima 1 after 7 months of applying and now today we got a notification on case tracker 1-485 employment authorization is approved.

i485 is not approved... i 360 not approved yet... EAD IS APPROVED... I360 WILL TAKE 3 YEARS

Congratulations! My I 360 got approved in 2 years in October 2021 and still waiting for I 485 to get approved, hope it takes 1 year after approval, still waiting for I131 and I765 to get approved, it’s been 337 days so far!

Once your I360 is approved USCIS will send EAD card without Advance Parole!
