Poll Results (Waiting time after submitting RFE)
Few days ago, I created a poll to get insights on the waiting time until decision after RFE was received by USCIS. 52 Folks voted. Below are the results:
1-5 days = 15%
5-10 days = 15%
10-30 days = 10%
30-60 days = 8%
More than 60 days = 52%
It means that around 50% of the cases are processed within 2 months. Perhaps I would need to create another poll for the folks whose priority date is current only. #EB2NIW #I485 #i693 #approval

my probleme is if the USCIS received my RFE?? cuz after 70 days I didn’t received confirmation and when I called they told they didn’t received it, that’s why I send it again, it’s 7 days since usps delivered it at the field office but I’m still waiting for the notification from Uscis
