@s s it is very long shot. only a few (guessing < 5%) might be using lawfully. also, if you want to have this data , better to start a poll. the math is dependent on quite a few factors. however let me tell you simple math. official AOS waiting is 15k for India eb1 alone. when oct comes, ~10k (for one qtr of annual ~40k) for eb1 would be assigned for Oct - Dec. (assume no spill from family). if row world is cared for, they will allow eb1 to india past the 7% limit. my estimate of that it will reach at least 2020 but can go upto 2022. I am not sure of eb4/5 spill which will also go to india most likely and will push more approvals.
