Polio RFE: new form or appended old form?
Got an RFE on my I-485 asking for polio vaccine.
For those who successfully responded to this RFE:
Did you bring in a completely new, blank I-693 to your civil surgeon or did you have them append the previous one?
In my case, the one I first submitted is the now outdated form edition.

at my I-485 interview, I was told I would get a medical RFE due to the updated polio vaccination requirement. In addition to @S K question, does anyone knows how long it takes to get the RFE after the interview?
