passport office will issue pcc

Apply online through passport office.

it’s same like applying for passport their your will see what documents are required .They may conduct police verification in your resident area with 2 witnesses sign is must that all .In some time u can collect the pcc from passport office.

Go to passportindia.gov.in and apply for one

if you still find it difficult go to any passport office and there will be people outside who just might be willing to help in exchange for a small fee. most probably the xerox copy shop people.

thanks a lot. Do I need to wait for case creation by NVC to apply for PCC or just I-797 case approval notice is enough?

I would wait because I wouldn’t know how long uscis gonna consider it valid for. 60 days or 90 days.

I think you need two pcc one while processing the case at nvc and second at the time of interview . pcc will be for 6 months but your interview will be later so again you need one other after expiry but before your interview. I had two pcc they will give you np.
