please share your thoughts about the timeline and estimated approval time
Any idea how long more I might have to wait ??? Waiting patiently but feels like I m loosing my patience now a days ☹️ May God help us all to get through this..

3 years is pretty long time... you can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"

@scjn 97 So, according to you, eb3 unskilled final action date is September 2020, which is just a month before my pd. shouldn’t take that long then for me , I hope . what u think ?
