yes, interview letters were sent for Yaounde last week around Aug 23rd. they were for IR/CR categories with DQ in May 2023.

@Solles Solles i did mine 5years ago and it was 180k if j haven’t forgotten. My sister came in last year and hers was a little over 200k. Please don’t forget to let us know when u get your IL.

@baby girl it takes a day or two to be able to register your appointment. we received IL letter on a friday and wasn’t able to register until that Monday. if your husband is doing medical exam in Yaoundé they don’t offer the covid vaccine.

@baby girl Questions ask: 1. Who petitioned for you? Wife occupation? My age? My kids age? His kids age? has he been married before? Where is the mother of his children? Has your wife been married before? The Cameroon embassy is tough, my husband was 9th in the queue and out of the 8 before him only 1 other person was approved

@Solles Solles wow. how come they reject people that much? maybe the others were students or visitors. because most times they give visa’s to immigrants

@nice lady my daughter got her passport back 4 working days. funny thing is my daughter got dq March and received IL in April, did interview in June and had to travel last month because the visa was due to expire pretty soon. so having others share their journey calmed me down. her own was so so fast, maybe because she is a minor

hello @Pella Ricardo I did my daughter's own in dla. for minor I just took her birth vaccination card, the rest was given there. but if you don't have the card it's not going to be a problem. as for the covid in Cameroon I was told by the general hospital that there is no covid vaccine for minors in the country

the fee was 144,000frs,

@Pella Ricardo, once you register online, it's good you get there 1month to the interview date, you don't need to book an appointment for the hospital.
