I am in the same situation, my I -140 almost 300 days ,no answer IOEO mine too ,next month I will make inquiry I will ask Uscis,you should have inquiry date

@September 2022 inquiry date as per USCIS website is Feb 12.

I know the wait is painful but if you are confident with your case, your pp money now would be wasted. because of the retrogression, you won’t be able to file for green card (likely) for at least a few more months.

people those who filed late and with an approved H1b/ other visa applied for Premium Processing as they can extend their visa. therefore who are not applying for PP is in backlog

I guess everyone is thinking that now, I had a chat with my lawyer for this specific topic yesterday and we agreed that it's not worth it, especially on cases pending for almost 350 days like mine.

@u b I specifically asked if the new administration's policies could impact my pending case. and while they may have the power to change laws since they will likely have a majority in congress, these decisions do not happen overnight. these are long processes with lengthy discussions and possible challenges to the courts. that's what they said, not my opinion.
