please my wife is US citizen and she applied form I-130 for me, is over 6 months now and we are processing it without lawyer. please can they approve it. this is our 192days for application.

this form take years, mine was done by a lawyer but it took 3 years. You may be lucky and get it quicker. good luck.

I applied for my husband as well with no attorney. I filed everything concurrently…130,485, 765. He was approved in 5 months with no interview.

approval takes around 12 months then the case is transferred to National Visa Center for further processing.

The only way to speed up process is to sue USCIS. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
