Hi Sultan, Did you get approved? what country did you apply from? how long did it take between denial and approval?

I did not get any decision yet. I am also waiting. I applied from USA. I am a sponsor.

@ Sultan Mirza, have you tried reaching out to Humanitarian affairs branch to enquire about the status of your application? humanitarian parole is 90-120 days and it seems like you are out of the time frame for adjudication. you have to reach out to your congress representatives for help.

I did. but I got response from the Humanitarian branch, that normal processing time is 11.5 months. so I will get the decision before that. this is what they told to me.

when did you file humanitarian parole ? what’s the status of your application ?

@Sultan Mirza I filed my application in April 2023, on lawfully it says case recieved, when I contacted USCIS they said case is actively pending review.

@Sultan Mirza I applied from Ghana. what is the status of your case when you contacted Humanitarian affairs branch? do you have your receipt numbers? I did a fee waiver. The fee waiver was approved. my case is a very sensitive case

the status is: case received, yes I have my receipt number. do you have a sponsor in usa ?

I am a sponsor for my beneficiary . how you applied parole without sponsor ?

yes. my case denied. they think your beneficiary can get any visa.

But they are not trying to understand the situation and circumstances of my beneficiary. USCIS hire illiterate and uneducated officer as an employees. also, uscis needs to change his Adam’s era immigration law.
