@chi love is your spouse that will make the payment from USA. NVC will send him a welcome later that will contain Username and password. is with that he will long in and make the payment using his Card

@chi love once you log in thru nvc portal. you will see how to pay with ur credit card. u can't do it with you Nigerian bank card . your petition will do that
