please how do you speak to an live agent? if you ask Technical support it will ask you to send email...if you ask to speak to an agent it will disconnect!
my case is out of processing time and the website wont let me send case inquiries, it keeps coming back with errors

then it will give you option what is this with regards to: you type green card. then you will be put on queue when a live agent comes. they will give their agent number and verify your identity. please ask them your query.

i did mine also two days ago coz and it tells me im with in the proccessing times even if my PD Aug.20,2020 and the inquiry is Oct.11,2020 Vermont Service Center

I actually said “biometric appointment reschedule.” It transferred me to an agent over the phone. Agents don’t know what you asked for. I’ve done that every single time and it transferred me to a live agent. Although, I must warn you…the wait is ridiculous! I’ve waited 70 mins, 60 mins, 80 mins just to talk to a live person. Also, when the machine asks you if your appointment has past already just say NO, otherwise it’s going to ask you to wait for 60 days and hang up.

Same here…..I had my phone disconnected many times hence, tried what I wrote above and it worked. I’ve been using it ever since….
