Go on the USCIS , click on Emma and ask Emma to transfer you to live agent.

Thanks guys! I spoke to a live agent through chat with Emma and got a feedback saying my case has no decision yet and I background check will have to be completed. Anyone knows what this means? my case is already outside normal processing time. interviewed since Jan 21st, 21.
