@desmond desmond Yes it is now $1000 to apply for a travel document 131. Mine took over 200 days to be approved, 250 I think 🤔. You can apply for an emergency one if needed. I received an emergency 131 because my father was dying and had two doctors letters saying he would pass within the next 10 days. You can apply to expidite one for a family member who is dying but still has a couple months let’s say to live. Not sure why you want one. If it is a non emergency, I have seen them approved in 100 days but it is usually over 200. I was fine using the 131. I did not travel once I had the actual 131 (regular one). I have been using this app for 2 years and I have not read anything happening to someone. Trump has announced a pause on people’s applications for 19 countries. If you are from one of these countries, do not leave the country.
