you can apply for n400 if you are green card holder for 2years 9month.

You can apply 90 days before your third year as a Green card holder given that you are still married to your U.S. spouse and that your U.S spouse has have there citizenship for longer than 3 years.

@ban cla yeah I’m on the same boat. they don’t do shit on I-751s… at this pace, if you don’t apply for citizenship it will take way more than the extension they gave us for them to go through a block…
my block has 2500 applications and only 90 has been approved in 9 months!!!!! this is ridiculous and you can be sure with the next elections things are going to go even slower if Trump is elected….
