I assume that it was just approved at USCIS? it will now be sent to the NVC where they will send you information about you scheduling your interview. You will also need to do a medical exam. I just went through this process

@HC R mine had been sent to the department of state since February 3rd. how long does it take to hear back with a number to track the case?

@Adella D we were notified on April 9th, 2024 that our case was sent to the NVC. We ended up never receiving a letter confirming so we reached out to the NVC in June and they replied saying a letter was mailed on May 30th, 2024. So if the timeline was like ours you may have to wait another month. You can always email the NVC and see what they say as well! Good Luck!

Just wait wherever they time they want, they are doing nothing to change. me too , I still since 1 years and 4 months. No welcome letter or interview.
