please help (change address )
-last month my case is approved .
- last week we left our house for another house
- This week we get welcome notice from NVC.
- I haven't opened my nvc account yet.
- Do I have to send my new address to NVC?
Or just write my new address on DS-260?

call an have an offer update your address for you and another option is to do the AR-11 form to change your address it will take up to 30 days to be updated soon the better

I have submitted my Ar-11 form to USCIS. It was approved, but they told me that my case had been sent to the NVC and we should contact them.
