please help
What happens if date of entry is mistakenly wrong on Vawa form
For example 01-01-2020 is the date of entry And lawyer submitted 01-01-2021 what will happen??
and my lawyer submitted this 7 months ago but I just saw it the year is incorrect. what should/can I do.
or do I just sit and wait for the RFE?

Nothing to worry about since your i94 will be included in your packet so youβre good. My divorce date and my kids name were messed up on my i360 and i485, but i got it corrected at the Interview

don't worry about it, I have seen people who made a mistake with date of birth and everything went well

once you send that little piece of paper the 1..94 or that paper you got when u came in on the plane you wil be good. besides its the lawyers fault and besides even uscis make mistakes sometimes on people's i.d. it's nothing that u have to worry about.. you can call them as well. if in doubt

this was complicated for me as well in the ead renewal I should put the entry where I last paroled with AP,and im nor sure if Lawyer put that or the very first entry , i think we put the last on AP. I don't think we ll have problem just be honest at the interview
