@tired from waiting I asked the lawyer and he told me that I must be approved for i360 so that he can apply for a work permit before i360 is approved. He cannot. Is what the lawyer said true? thank you for your answer brother

@mo h yeah you should apply if you look at my timeline I file 360 first then after a few months I file 485 and 765, I don’t use a lawyer I did everything myself, but from what I can see lawyers don’t want to help no more they just need money and more money for simple stuff, file it yourself or get a new lawyer good luck

hi gm everyone so my situation is kinda a similar I did i360 1year plus now when my estrange spouse was a G.C. holder and now he is a USC can I submit the i765 also? plus a waiver fee form i912 because I don't have money to pay for it I wrote t to them couple days ago explaining to them that I was in the TORNADO STORMS Jan. 9 this year send them pics of my driver's liscence prima facie soon expire sigh everything is a mess in this area change of address etc I also did biometric the follow April after receiving my recite Jan last year I just really need to start working sigh. any advice on this?

they don’t care about I 360 and don’t worry I try to many things and the don’t care about it just wait 3 years or 4 they are very slow in this one

But, also, the rule that approval for the work authorization will come only after the USCIS approved I-360, and not while it is pending applies here, as well. So, USCIS will firstly review your I-360, and after the approval, it will deal with your I-765 application. What is mean guys please let's say my position what is different because I'm still waiting for just accepted my i_360 cases please brother help ( I don't have a proof I 360 until now)

no you may be not able to work with pending i360 but you can apply by yourself i765 i131 if your attorney Denys to do it can make you you have to file i485 and ead/AP together

apply i485 i765 i131 so that you will have a GC application pending based on vawa they will give you EAD AND ARL
