Please God I’m ready, this waiting is killing me from inside 😖
my last update was Sept 27, 2022 notice was returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it, this is so distressing just God knows how we feel, sending prayers and good thoughts for all of us in the same situation, this year will be our year amen 🙏🏻

it's because you no longer live at the same address or the address you used is no longer accessible... if you change your address and you don't do it on the immigration site, they will cancel your file... if you have a lawyer, speak with him or look for a lawyer as soon as possible. you can also contact uscis if you think it's a postal error and you still use the same address.

1. no I didn’t not because my lawyer had 1 job and was doing it wrong, she sent 4 only inquiries since then, I did 2 others myself until I found out last week for VAWA USCIS does not accept online inquiries or phone calls it need to be a full pack of written letters since the case is confidential,
2. yes I still receive prima facie until now days
3. yes I do have a lawyer which I think it only stole my money I can’t barely communicate with the lawyer assistant
