please can I get psychological therapist recommendation
hi guys! finger print was applied to my I-485 today. guess there’s a moment. I have a pending Vawa from 2022. can anyone please recommend a psychological therapist for me in Dallas, Texas? I have not had one and I’m looking if I can get one if it’s gonna be a requirement as a supporting documents for my Vawa case. honestly, I’m very confused. I’m overwhelmed. I don’t know if I really do need a therapist, but I don’t know please guys help help please I need help someone please respond to my message and let me know what to do. Thank you.

@I’m next for Approval, I have faith you filed in 2022 and now you want to go for psychology evaluation to support your vawa? it won’t help you at all. it will be the opposite.

I'm not a lawyer but I don't think you need a physiological evaluation. At the time of my filling I was attending therapy, did a free consultation and got a letter and that's all I added to my case. it's approved since last year. I've attended two more counseling sessions which I included in my medical RFE after VAWA approval the I-485 took less than two months to also be approved. I think just some consistency in seeking some therapy or counseling works just as well as a phycological evaluation. of course it's needs based. This summer has been really hard and I'll probably sign up for a session before summer break is over.

thanks guys will take all into consideration. I developed Bp because of this process. I’m still keeping hope alive for my kids and mom. more ideas still needed and if I can get recommendations for lawyers in Dallas it will also be appreciated

I did my vawa 2022. My therapist was delaying because they didn't want to get involved in any immigration issue, so I didnt get to include mine. I am hoping I don't get a rfe but if I do I will send that. This vawa process is so long for us thr victim and survivors. I wish they would consider cutting the timeline down. All mine keep saying, name was updated and fingerprint added.

what does it mean by them adding Finger print to I-485 of 2022 Vawa today? you are the 3rd person I had, sign or approval or what ? get advice from free consultation Lawyers,combine 2/3,But am not sure it will help...
