Did you get your EAD yet? If yes, when did you get it?

unfortunately the processing time right now is 33.5months (that's more than 1000 days) and it's going up every month 😪😪😪😪🫠

between 800 and 1000 days. I've seen people getting approved.

USCIS is currently processing 360 applications filed in June 2021, your date is 6+ months behind. USCIS also received 10,000 applications more in 2021 than previous years, but Vermont also stopped accepting new 360, so my guess is after Feb'24. Pray and Hope. Miracle does happen.

@sam sam how do you know what month and year they on now?

l think the question is how would you know your vawa would be approved what are the earlier signs that you would be approved

generally a prima facie is a good sign but I have seen few instances where vawa still got denied after receiving it!

@Avi G my ref is because him and I not married just have kids together and lived together. so they ask for my kids birth certificate and any join accounts and the pictures that when we lived together.

our timeline is the same. my receipt date is January 18 2022. no rfes, but 2 prima fácies so far.

@liss c my receipt date is Jan 10,2022. but only 1 Prima Facie for 1 year. it’s already expired but haven’t seen the 2nd send out.

@Noah Henry me too. mine more than 60days too. I still haven’t heard anything yet. haven’t received a renewal of my prima facie or a decision.

it’ll come @ivy le @noah Henry. don’t lose faith. mine was expired for a little bit before the renewed it. mine was also good for a year, but the 2nd one I got is only good for 4 months.

@ivy le try not to think about it so much. I know it’s hard, but it’ll happen. I’ve heard they are very behind. it’ll happen for us! we just have to keep remaining positive ❤️

@liss c I moved but I already change my address on the USCIS link when I track my case. they said that my address was changed successfully. they also send me an confirmation number. I don’t have lawyer. but I hope that I will hear something good news soon 🙏🏼. and hopefully you will hear something good from them too 🙏🏼
