Please advise!😭
My I-485 application has been actively reviewed by USCIS.
I suddenly received a notification that they are requesting more information. I logged in and saw that the request for evidence they are asking for is not relevant for the category I am applying for.
I also noticed that right after status being in “request evidence”, it changed again into “actively reviewing”.
Currently it says “actively reviewing, nothing is is outstanding at this time”, but under it there is a butto “respond with evidence”.
I hope I am clear with my explanation… any advise?🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Go onto the site and on tools you will see the agent Emma pop up. There u can speak with them and have them explain to you.

800-375-5283….. follow the prompts… if the machine asks you how they help, just say INFOPASS… it’ll automatically connect you to a live agent. then you discuss any concern over the phone with the real USCIS agent . hope it helps
