Please Advise: Approval I-485 pending - VAWA
Hello, i applied for VAWA in August 2021 and it was approved in October 2022 (no RFE required). My I-485 status was updated to fingerprint taken in October 2022. i haven’t heard anything since then. it’s been 1year and 4months since status was updated. Didn’t receive any primia facie or RFE. Anyone else in the same boat or similar situation?
What would you recommend/suggest i do?

ur vawa was approved so now u just contact the local office to check ur i485 since it’s been so long

@Mrkvica M. , thank you for sharing. VAWA has already been approved. Would there be an interview for Green Card/ i-485?

mail. VAWA very strict n private, it has to be a mail, find the center and send them an mail. they can only reply by mail.
make sure u include ur full name, application number and reason why you are writing to them.
