Philadelphia field office - Medical RFE
Hey Philly folks, any idea how long Philly f.o is taking in responding to medical RFE ?? Since the processing time has gone back by almost by 5 months, I am wondering what’s the current speed of processing? TIA

I’m in Philly too PD is Sep 02 2021 but I did bio for a pending I539 in May so hoping they reuse my bio. I google the F.O time for Philly and its long :/

I am an EB1 applicant and recently submitted my medical RFE to the Philly f.o. But since it’s been a week and they haven’t updated the status of RFE received, am wondering how long does it take for them to do so.

I would like to believe that now they are bound to reply at least in 60 days. if not then I will try to expedite it
