this is insane. did you ever get a response to why it’s taking this long since you are a U.S. citizen so a visa is immediately available

@Millie we have tried everything from Senator to Congressman. They just give a generic response that our case is taking longer. Our attorney is totally useless and says we should just. He hasn’t even filed the I1485 yet! Well my wife’s brother died and I asked to expedite. We will see if they accept otherwise we may have to hire another attorney and go to court

@I N your attorney need to learn how to solve this problem what's the point of hiring someone who can't solve the client problem he or she will be abandont the license.they always want us charge more and they even do there job properly
