PERM process
The company I work at, submitted the PERM in September.. is this taking 7-8 months as expected or is taking longer?
Does anyone knows what comes after getting the PERM approved?

You will start immigration process. after the PERM approved next step will be I-140 and then I-131,I-765 and I-485.
Check the labor department website. Every month they update what month they are reviewing. My perm took 9 month because I got audited.
