yes I never received any

but I got work permit

there isn’t big difference,to have or haven’t prima facie in case pross . I have 5 of them ( prima facies ), still waiting , even I applied for EAD card renewal, it’s been 8 months, they didn’t send me any EAd Card.

Interesting. I just became an RN as well. I’ll wait until the end of this year, if I do not see any movement with VAWA then it’s straight up EB3

hello @fixo RN @Chucks chachacha did hospital apply for green card through EB3 ?? I am f going to school to become a RT and I want to know how do you if the hospital can sponsor you or no ? pleased share more information with me

@fixo RN I'm also a registered nurse and have been waiting for 34 months now. I tried expediting nothing yet, I contact the congressman office they have sent info to them but I've not heard anything yet. Are you not able to work as a nurse with your work permit?

@Chucks chachacha thank you for reply! I am still waiting too, I never know hospital can sponsor, because I guess not all of them does. however I would say you can wait vawa it may works if not you have a second option.

Normally you go through an agency for a sponsor. I was lucky I got directly hired by my sponsor. Working right now with my sponsor under eb3
