I recently applied for Adit stamp, while on phone with the officer, he called me back to review if I was eligible for the Adit stamp, I asked for my case status and he said it was still processing and I should get it b4 Feb 2026..
My Concern now is would he have told me if there was a reason for delay? he also stated that if I didn’t get it by feb I could now file for out of processing time. Do you think it will come before February like he said? He also said my Adit stamp will be mailed to the house that I didn’t need to go into the field office to get it

@yah wey Correct. it will be a receipt like paper with which you can leave and come back to the US. I received mine in June.
I filed my i751 in May 2023 and I’m still waiting. I doubt though you could file for out of processing time. The earliest I can is June 2027. Why would the agent say that you’ll get a response by Feb 2026?? Only the person working on your case knows that.
I genuinely hope he’s right, but I wouldn’t trust the agent 100%
