i send my i601 october 2020 and received RFE on November 2021 and i send my RFE on December 2021 and im still waiting for a decision. wish they just give me. decision! #i601 #601

wow that’s really too harsh for overstay, most people don’t get deported for overstay. anyways I think you will be getting a decision soon
