I have the same situation , I applied the whole package October 22, 2020 , get vawa approved march 14 , 2024 .
I’m still until now waiting 349 days for my 485 ,no RFE, no interview or medical exam.

similar situation here, Vawa approved in June 2024, i485 medical request sent and delivered since Nov 2024. no more update since then smh. the waiting is depressin😬Long Island ny FO.

@dec2021 they asked me for rfe from Dec 16 2023 I responded on Dec 28 2023 so I don’t know for what reason they say it’s Dec 2024…every time I try to do an enquiry they use the last date to say that’s when rfe was received….I don’t know why

they will run your fingerprint again . so your i485 will update to fingerprints were applied BIOMETRIC.. after around 8 months after the biometric message you will get approve update..

because your old BIOMETRIC is expired after 15months.. so they will use the old biometric to get fingerprint again

@ay I sent several inquiries, I call uscis myself my paralegal try to call as well,I have to be behind the lawyers like a tick ,I also contacted my senator so they said the adjudicating officer is working on it….physically mentally emotionally am drained but I ask God for patience….

no , the case has to update to biometric before you get approved.. they will reuse your old biometric.. and after few months you get the approve

@augustin boumi it shows up on lawfully Biometric but they didn’t say if it was applied but I ask God for patience it’s long and stressful
