I had interview on 03/01/23 at ATL office and IO said some Security checks are pending and we will finalize it ASAP. And since then I am waiting on my Emp Based GC.
Is that email you guys received is against any action taken from your side as i am just calmly sitting and waiting for respond

I already contacted the Congressman and they told me me the same thing that they were checking the background.. first I was told that the case was approved in January after that, had not been approved that it was a mistake and that it was pending analysis.. I don't know what else to do. I think I'll have to find an attorney.
