pending i130 application for may 2023
filed since may 2023 for i130 and is married to a permanent resident how long more would I have to wait? I would like to be with my husband 😞

my PD is also May and nothing is approved as yet only work permit. May cases are processing very slowly.

do they give work permit before approving i130? i am GC holder and have applied for my husband. our i130 is still not approved but we have filed 485,765,131,864
