my medical was just lost. I sent it in January and in June they mailed that we missed to submit it. They just misplaced it somewhere or lost. But now it is my problem to appeal and prove that they are wrong. Still waiting

@lana don't you have a slip from post office when you sent that document? if you paid, you can also give them that proof

@Mrkvica M. I have tracking number. So of course I sent it + copy of my medical + payment for I-290b🤷🏻♀️

I don’t really understand how this uscis works. why will it take 6,7,8 to 10 months to approve a green card I can’t be able to figure this out.
