I have seen some similar cases go through such transfers in other forums and though I can not tell the circumstances around their cases, one thing that is common to all of them is that they have a pending I 485 as well which may have been part of the reasons for their transfers. Do you have a pending I 485 as well?

yes, I filed semi concurrently.

@Artur D If your I 485 is still pending at the NBC then sending the I 140 there is one way to merge the two files. Both applications might be sent back to the texas/nebreska service for the I 140 adjudication.

Same happened to me. After filing I-485, they are bundling your cases and transfer all applications to NBC. Then your I-140 will be back to the center that you first filed for a decision.

transferred to NBC on February 21st, sent back to Texas SC on April 6th
